Ar., IDr Marian Eileen “Star” T. Florentino – Marudo  She finished her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila in 2004 and became a Licensed & Registered Architect in 2005. She is a certificate holder for Fire Safety Practitioners and Enforcers Training given by the United Architects of the Philippines and from the Bureau of Fire Protection. Ar. Star  is also a licensed and registered Interior Designer, having completed her Certificate Course in Interior Design from the Philippine Institute of Interior Design (PSID) in 2010, and  gained her professional license in Interior Design in 2014.

Ar. IDr. Star is also a Principal Partner, of E.Florentino3 and Associates, the only Architectural and Engineering firm with an active three generation of Architects as its principals. She is an active member of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). She held various positions in the national organization of UAP; to name a few, as  Adviser of the UAP Student Auxiliary (UAPSA) for Two (2) terms in 2007 and 2008, and as Deputy Adviser of UAPSA in 2006. She served in various positions in the chapter level as well as Chairperson on Committee on Awards, as Chapter Director, Treasurer, Secretary, and currently, as Chapter President. In the international scene, Ar. IDr. Star is also an active member of the Eastern Regional Organization for Planning and Human Settlements – EAROPH holding the esteemed position of Convention Convenor for EAROPH Philippines.

Prior to her being a licensed architect, she became National President of the United Architects of the Philippines Graduate Auxiliary (UAPGA) in 2004. During her college days, she became National President of the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary (UAPSA) in 2003 and in 2002. She had been the Chapter President of the United Architects of the Philippines – Student Auxiliary (UAPSA), University of Santo Tomas (UST) Chapter.

Architect Star is also an active member of the Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community since 1998 and has served as one of its “Stewards” handling the NET Household, a group for Young Single Professionals within the community.

Architect Star, as most people know her, have various projects of different complexities under her belt involving design and project management contracts, which includes residential, commercial, highrise mixed-used buildings and hospitality and renovation projects, ranging from architectural design to architectural interiors.
